Our system is using industry standard CAT-5 Cable with RJ45 connectors. Popularly known as “Ethernet cable”. This cable is used worldwide for computer networking, CCTV camera etc. This cable can be purchased anywhere OR you can make it on your own also.

We recommend you to connect system using short CAT5 cable provided. Test system on your own table before making final installation.
There is a sticker provided to be used as template.
Stick on wall & just drill holes at markings.
In case you spoil sticker provided OR want to shift display to another location, Here is a link provided. Download this PDF file, get it printed on 100% scale, use it as template for drilling holes.
User Guide Video : 2) Power Up Sequence for Display & Handheld Unit.
This video will explain messages & numbers displayed on Counter Module & Main Display respectively.
- At power up main display will show some random character for a while then
it will show all zeros. - Next it will show ( Number – Blank – Number ) : This is your software revision number.
- After that it will show your date of manufacturing in the order first date then month then year.
- Last it will show your product serial number.
Counter Module will show data in same sequence but with message.
Please note Software Revision number & Serial number for both units may differ. Kindly note these numbers for all future support request.
User Guide Video : 3) Basic Operation.
Basic 2 Digit Operation : Enter desired 2 digit no. Then press Call button.
If your organization is using sequential token numbers, just press forward
arrow “ > “ button then press Call button. Display will show only 2 Digits & system will announce only 2 digits. If your organization is using random token numbers, Just press next 2 digits number then press Call button. Any time during entering number, if you make error just press Cancel & enter correct number. To recall last no. called, press back arrow “<” button & press Call button.
Basic 3 Digit Operation : For Basic 3 Digit Operation Enter desired 3 digit
no. Then press Call button. If your organization is using sequential token
numbers, just press forward arrow “>“ button then press Call button. If
your organization is using random token numbers, Just press next 3 digit
number then press Call button. Any time during entering number, if you
make error just press Cancel & enter correct number. To recall last no. called, press back arrow “<” button & press Call button.
User Guide Video : 4) Set Volume Level & Language.
How to adjust volume & change announcement language –
- Press yellow SET button to enter settings mode.
- First you will have volume setting. First line of display will be flashing 4 options.
1) Very Low 2) Low 3) Medium 4) High. - Press number corresponding to volume level. System will accept your input & display next option of language selection.
- Again first line of display will be flashing 4 options
1) English 2) Hindi 3) Regional 4) Bell. Press number corresponding to language. - Last option Bell is used, If you need shortest calling.
System will accept your input & display will show “……Success…..”
On main display 123 will be displayed along with announcement in your selected language & volume level.

P.S. : Changing language will change language of announcement only, Counter
module user interface language will remain English only.
